Novotel York Centre

Fantastic staff and location, I appreciated to be here. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television. A bath in the separate bathroom was a plus. Thank you for a comfortable stay - will be back.

I had 1 night in York, spending the time here lovely. Enjoyed the fabulous twin room with a perfect design. The breakfast was marvellous and delicious, with a wide array of meals.

Clean hotel, location and staff were beautiful! I loved the room on the higher floors, the bed was extremely comfy. The room had climate control, an individual safe and a seating area plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The property of choice in York.

We appreciated every detail about our lovely 3 nights stay here. The staff members were all attentive and more than adequate. It was in a central setting down the river. A kind of very good service.

Highly efficient staff, the hotel is reasonably clean and location unbeatable. The place is 15 mins walk to the heart of the city. Good to have bar area in the lobby.

I really really enjoyed the place and its food and location. The beds were big, I slept well. There also was overnight parking and very clean pool.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in York. The hotel was fairly clean, I loved it. Pet-friendly venue in great area. The stuff where very welcoming and the building was nice. Excellent service offered too. Could use their convenient parking.

The staff were chearful, the location absolutely perfect and the room good size. The staff did all they can for an excellent stay. Our room had a very comfy bed and a fairly good view. Its pool was brilliant, we chilled out there when it was warm outside.

Ideal property with a gorgeous breakfast. Employees were LOYAL and welcoming. There were amazing beds and a heating system, an electronic key card and multi-channel television in the superior queen room. Reasonable base for a wedding ceremony.

Rooms were pristine and also easy walking distance to all attractions and shops

we truly enjoyed food and staff, everything was ready for our trip. tv, fridge and hairdryer were appreciated. moreover, bonus was free wi-fi. it's our place to stay when in york!
